For leaders and builders carrying too much.
If you’re in a season of drift, burnout, transition, or overload, you don’t need another idea. You need clarity. I help people name what matters, let go of what doesn’t, and take the next faithful step—to the glory of God.
They need a place to tell the truth, sort the noise, and move forward without pretending.
I’ve spent my life around systems that carry human weight—courtrooms, ministry leadership, creative ecosystems, and product teams. I’ve seen what drift does. And I’ve learned that clarity isn’t a vibe. It’s mercy.

Systems and Souls.
Mickey & Nicole Holm, Roan Mountain TN
My work has always lived at the intersection of systems and souls.
I started in ministry and courtrooms, learning early how much weight people carry when truth is tangled and the stakes are real. Over time, that path ran through creative ecosystem building in merch and brand work, church planting life at Watermark Tampa, and now product design leadership—building internal tools and marketing sites that have to work, not just look good.
In 2021, my wife Nicole and I moved to Roan Mountain, Tennessee to steward The Chalet Retreat, a place we were shown in prayer years before it ever appeared as a property listing. We’re restoring it as a refuge for leaders and couples who need rest, clarity, and the strength to keep going.
I’m not here to build a platform. I’m here to help people build what matters and forget the rest—to the glory of God.
This is a focused conversation for leaders, couples, and builders who are carrying too much.
It’s not therapy. It’s not hype. It’s a space to tell the truth, sort what matters, and leave with a next step.

Bring one situation. If you can name what feels heavy, that’s enough.
Sometimes, but I start here. If we decide to continue, it will be by fit and capacity.
